Kate had worked with her mother, Mary Bennett, and her husband Christopher Dean, as a non licensed real estate assistant for a number of years before joining us a licensed Realtor. Kate specializes as a buyer’s agent, helping anyone from first-time buyers to seasoned investors find their perfect home. As a buyer’s agent, she carefully tracks new listings and keeps up with existing inventory, in order to stay on top of the local market conditions and find the ideal home or investment.

Kate is a graduate of the University of Oregon and is an avid horse and animal lover. Kate has been riding dressage for some time and has owned her own horses for over two decades. With her riding and horse background we know she will be perfect as our “Horse Property Specialist”.
